Osmosis and Diffusion (Ariel Chapman)

Hypertonic : The food coloring on the outside haven't entered the cell membrane to change the color of the egg. The solution of the food coloring would change from a high concentration solution to a low concentration solution once entered the cell membrane. (picture 1)
Hypotonic : All the ingredients that's mixed in the vinegar is equally shared in the mixture until equilibrium is established. (picture 2)
Diffusion : The movement of molecules from an area of higher to an area of lower concentration without any energy input. Diffusion will eventually cause the concentration of molecules to be the same throughout the space the molecules occupy, causing a state of equilibrium. The smell of the perfume will eventually spread throughout the room equally. (picture 3)
Osmosis : The eggs are in a solution of vinegar. In a few days the vinegar will eventually enter the cell membrane and the solution will go from high concentration to a low concentration solution. (picture 4)
Semi-permeable : The window screen allows certain substances to be transfered  into and out the window. (picture 5)
